This was (or so we thought at the time) the hard bit.
We spent 2 years trying to find a property suitable for what we wanted to do. When we found it we were over the moon, only to have the sellers unexpectedly pull out of the sale at the 11th hour.
4 months later and they came back on board, and we completed and took posession as fast as the paper shufflers could make it happen!
